From consultations and investigations to hospital admissions, treatment coordination and recovery support, we help bring greater clarity and organisation to the process.
When treatment continues beyond the hospital, we can also assist in arranging appropriate home healthcare and nursing support, based on the patient’s needs and the treating doctor’s recommendations.

What Sevagan does not do
- We do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. These are provided by qualified doctors and hospitals.
- We do not replace your doctor's advice or medical judgment.
- We do not make medical decisions on your behalf.
- Medical decisions remain with you and your treating doctors.
Our service fees
Sevagan provides professional healthcare guidance and coordination to help patients and families navigate their healthcare journey. Our fees vary depending on the type and level of assistance required. All applicable charges will be clearly communicated before you proceed.
Sevagan’s service fees are separate from charges levied by doctors, hospitals, diagnostic centres, pharmacies and other healthcare providers. Any third-party healthcare expenses are payable separately to the respective provider.
